At Rode Salon we have policies in place to protect the client experience and our stylists. Please review our policies in full and contact us with any questions.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. All appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% percent of the scheduled service. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, or if you no call no show your appointment, 100% percent of the scheduled service will be charged.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and will need to pay the full amount of the service to be able to schedule your next service.
Child Policy
We love your children, but due to safety concerns and limited space, we kindly ask you not to bring your children or any additional guests to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule before 48 hours. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.
Appointment Timing
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want to you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair appointments can last 2-4+ hours. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.
Pricing Structure
Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved, level of education, and stylist demand. Feel free to contact us or ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or what service to book to fit your needs
Refund Policy
In no circumstance will a refund be offered as our stylists' time can not be given back. If you are ever dissatisfied regarding your service results, please reach out to your stylist within the first 7 days after the appointment for adjustments. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about the service documented in your consultation, in this scenario an additional charge can take place.
