Sam Rodenbeck
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Sam moved to Florida in 2021 with a vision of creating a salon experience centered around exceptional service, education, and artistry. As the founder of Rode Salon, she's passionate about creating customized color and extension transformations that enhance each guest's natural beauty while fitting their hair, lifestyle, and maintenance goals.
After years of advanced education, Sam specializes in hair extensions, blonding, and lived-in color. Her favorite services include keratin bond extensions, beaded row extensions, and transformational blonding, but she loves helping guests achieve beautiful, healthy hair of every kind. Beyond the chair, education is one of Sam's greatest passions. She regularly teaches hands-on masterclasses, empowering stylists to refine their technical skills, build confidence, and create sustainable, fulfilling careers. Her classes focus on practical, real-world techniques and modern color systems that help stylists achieve beautiful, long-lasting results.
When she's not at the salon or teaching, you'll find her spending time with her fiancé, Steve, and their beloved French Bulldog, George.
Senior Stylist
Elizabeth Rush
With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Elizabeth is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to truly listen to her guests. She believes that every great service begins with understanding your goals and creating a personalized plan to achieve beautiful, lasting results.After training and later teaching at local hair institutes, Elizabeth has built her career on a passion for continued education and sharing her knowledge with others. Her thoughtful approach and years of experience allow her to create customized looks while ensuring every guest feels comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their visit.
When she's away from the salon, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family, and is likely to be baking sourdough.
Advanced Stylist
Kourtney Santiago
Kourtney brings years of precision cutting and hair extension experience from the fast paced and luxury atmosphere of south Florida. She is available to pre-book for her start at Rode Salon Avondale this October.
Stylist
Grace Savoie
Grace began her career after training locally at Aveda Institute and has since become known for her expertise in grey blending, blonding, and hair extensions. She is passionate about creating customized color and extension services that enhance each guest's natural beauty while fitting their lifestyle and maintenance goals.
Outside of the salon, Grace is always on the go. Whether she's trying a new fitness class, traveling with friends, or spoiling her nieces, she brings the same positive energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
Stylist
Jules Divino
Originally from Colorado, Jules made the move to Jacksonville in 2022 and began her career after training locally at Aveda Institute. Since joining Rode Salon, she has spent the past two years working alongside and being mentored by our owner, Sam, developing a deep understanding of Rode Salon's signature techniques while refining her own style behind the chair. As a stylist, Jules enjoys dimensional lived-in color and extensions.When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Jules crafting, spending time with her family, or hanging out with her three dogs and two cats. Fun fact: she has a twin brother, and both her dad and brother are firefighters—a career her entire Rode Salon family proudly supports.
