POLICIES
LATE ARRIVAL
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be rescheduled and may incur a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION
While we understand that unexpected situations arise, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness to our team. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointment.
SALON ETIQUETTE
We welcome guests who need to work during their appointment and we are happy to accommodate a productive, relaxed environment. To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask that speakerphone use, and speaker virtual meetings be avoided while in the salon.
ADJUSTMENTS
We want you to love your hair. If an adjustment is needed, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments must be scheduled within one week and are intended to achieve the result discussed during your initial consultation, not for a change in desired style or color.
